HOTEL ACCOMMODATION PROCEDURES

  6. Dogs up to 3 kg are allowed. The surcharge for staying with a dog is 300 UAH/day.
  7. Upon arrival, the Guest provides an identification document (passport, driver's license)

PROHIBITIONS AND WARNINGS

18. Smoking hookah, cigarettes (including electronic ones) in rooms, areas
public areas and premises of the hotel, restaurant, on the territory,
except in specially designated areas, is strictly prohibited.

19. We do not accept guests with pets.

20. It is forbidden to bring into the hotel territory and keep in the room
materials and objects that are dangerous to the life and health of others
(flammable items, explosives, toxic, chemical and radioactive substances,
weapons).

21. It is not allowed to remove furniture from the room without prior agreement with
the hotel administration.

22. It is forbidden to show aggression or actions that threaten health safety.

23. It is not allowed to leave minor children unattended by adults,

PAYMENT RULES AND BOOKING CONDITIONS

29. Booking services on the website are provided online, by

30. When making a reservation through the website, the Guest enters into direct
contractual relationship with the hotel. From the moment the reservation is made, the Guest
send an email on behalf of the hotel with details for entry
prepayment. 

31. To confirm the reservation, the Guest must make a prepayment in
in the amount of 25% of the total cost of accommodation, but not less than the daily rate
residence.

32. Hotel reservation cancellation conditions:
– The Guest may cancel the reservation without penalty 10 days before the date of arrival, in which case the prepayment will be refunded to the Guest in full within the 21st banking day using the account details from which the Guest made the payment for the reservation;
– In case of cancellation of the reservation 10 days or less before the date of arrival of the Guests (late cancellation), the hotel will refund the funds in full, except for the cost of one night's stay;
– In case of cancellation of the reservation by the Guest during the stay (advance cancellation)
departure), the Hotel will refund the Guest the full amount, except for
the next day after notifying the administration of early departure.

33. In case of timely cancellation of the reservation, the refund period is 3 weeks.

34. Payment for accommodation and additional services is made
by cash or non-cash payment, in accordance with approved prices.

35. Payment for accommodation is made upon check-in.

36. In case of violation of the Rules of Residence established in the hotel,
The administration has the right to refuse the Guest further accommodation.
