Rules of residence at the SPA-hotel "Chervona Ruta"\u00ab<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

  1. The rules of residence are developed on the basis of the current legislation of Ukraine.

      PROHIBITIONS AND WARNINGS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

      18. Smoking hookah, cigarettes (including electronic ones) in rooms, areas
      public areas and premises of the hotel, restaurant, on the territory,
      except in specially designated areas, is strictly prohibited.<\/p>\n\n

      19. We do not accept guests with pets.<\/p>\n\n

      20. It is forbidden to bring into the hotel territory and keep in the room
      materials and objects that are dangerous to the life and health of others
      (flammable items, explosives, toxic, chemical and radioactive substances,
      weapons).<\/p>\n\n

      21. It is not allowed to remove furniture from the room without prior agreement with
      the hotel administration.<\/p>\n\n

      22. It is forbidden to show aggression or actions that threaten health safety.

      23. It is not allowed to leave minor children unattended by adults,

      PAYMENT RULES AND BOOKING CONDITIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

      29. Booking services on the website are provided online, by

      32. Hotel reservation cancellation conditions:
      \u2013 The Guest may cancel the reservation without penalty 10 days before the date of arrival, in which case the prepayment will be refunded to the Guest in full within the 21st banking day using the account details from which the Guest made the payment for the reservation;
      \u2013 In case of cancellation of the reservation 10 days or less before the date of arrival of the Guests (late cancellation), the hotel will refund the funds in full, except for the cost of one night's stay;
      \u2013 In case of cancellation of the reservation by the Guest during the stay (advance cancellation)
      departure), the Hotel will refund the Guest the full amount, except for
      the next day after notifying the administration of early departure.<\/p>\n\n

      33. In case of timely cancellation of the reservation, the refund period is 3 weeks.<\/p>\n\n

      34. Payment for accommodation and additional services is made
